你好我叫郑斌，目前是佛罗里达大学四年级，主修心理学，辅修中文。我对工业/组织心理学特别感兴趣，也就是心理学的商业方面。更具体地说，如何更好地评估组织中的人类行为，为员工提供更好的工作经验。我将继续拓宽我的文化视野，这个网站将会记载我的国外经验和旅程。

 

I’m Simon, currently a fourth-year student at the University of Florida pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Chinese Studies. I am particularly interested in industrial/organizational psychology, in other words, the business aspect of psychology. More specifically, how to better evaluate and assess human behavior in organizations to provide employees with an enhanced workplace experience. This website is a way of documenting my international experiences and journey as I continue to broaden my cultural horizons.
